To introduce participants to key concepts in research methodology. To explore different research designs and their applications. To teach data collection and analysis techniques. To discuss ethical considerations and challenges in research.

Session 1-2: Introduction to Research Methodology: Overview of research methods, types of research, and the research process.

Session 3-4: Research Design and Data Collection: Understanding different research designs, sampling methods, and data collection techniques.

Session 5-6: Data Analysis and Interpretation: Basics of qualitative and quantitative data analysis, using software tools for data analysis.

Session 7-8: Ethical Considerations in Research: Discussing the importance of ethics in research, informed consent, and handling sensitive data
