Our management starts in coordination with the advisory board of Parindey Group, which has 2 parent companies (Parindey Institute of Mental Health & E-Courses and Unison) and 1 NGO (Parindey Foundation), which coordinates with the below departments depending upon hierarchy.

Department of Chief Registrar & Registry

Cantrolls serves as the apex management unit of the Parindey Foundation, overseeing the seamless integration of operations across two call centres. It coordinates all workflows related to volunteer and internship activities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. The unit is led by a Chief Registrar, supported by two Divisional Clerks and a dedicated team of 56 employees, working collectively to uphold the foundation’s mission and operational excellence.

Department of H.R.C.C (Department of Human Resource & Chief Cantroller)

Cantrolls oversees the onboarding processes at the Parindey Foundation, ensuring smooth assimilation across departments. Its scope includes managing departmental workflows, safeguarding volunteer wellbeing, and upholding the foundation’s Code of Conduct. This unit plays a pivotal role in embedding organizational values and operational clarity from day one.

(Research Analysis And Digital Content Department)

Cantrolls Psychology Research Division is dedicated to high-quality exploration and content development in the field of psychology. Volunteers and interns assigned to this department receive specific research topics curated by departmental heads, ensuring guided and meaningful inquiry. Once compiled, the content undergoes thorough review and refinement before being shared across Parindey Foundation’s social media platforms—amplifying public awareness and fostering mental health literacy.

Volunteer Development & Digital Wellbeing Department

Cantrolls Digital Engagement & Wellbeing Wing champions online outreach and volunteer wellness at Parindey Foundation. Through interactive webinars, virtual seminars, and online workshops—often featuring expert guest speakers—it promotes digital awareness and fosters a sense of community. This unit also designs engaging virtual activities to ensure volunteers stay inspired, connected, and aligned with Parindey’s core values.

Digital Awareness Department

Cantrolls Digital Content & Awareness Division plays a crucial role in empowering the developing world through impactful digital education. This department curates and produces engaging multimedia content—including Instagram reels, YouTube videos, and other online formats—to foster digital awareness among diverse communities. By harnessing the power of storytelling and visual media, the unit amplifies key messages that drive social change and bridge the digital divide.

Public Relation Department

Cantrolls Mental Health Outreach Program spans the breadth of India, delivering impactful workshops and bootcamps across corporate offices, schools, senior care homes, and community spaces. Its mission is to educate, raise awareness, and normalize conversations around mental wellbeing.

To ensure targeted engagement, the program classifies regions into:

  • Category A Cities – High-activity zones with robust outreach and frequent events.

  • Category B Cities – Moderately active regions with developing engagement pipelines.

This nationwide initiative reflects Parindey Foundation’s commitment to nurturing a mentally resilient and informed society.

Project Aawaz

Parindey Podcast & Dialogue Department is committed to spotlighting underrepresented yet influential voices in the field of psychology across India. Through insightful conversations and interviews, this unit amplifies mental health knowledge, transforming individual expertise into collective awareness. By bridging the gap between grassroots experience and public discourse, Parindey’s podcasts serve as a powerful tool for fostering emotional intelligence and societal understanding.

Project Psychology

Cantrolls Research Division is working on two key initiatives:

  • Therapy & Its Origins – Exploring the historical roots and evolution of therapy.

  • Indian Psychology – Researching native psychological concepts to enhance mental health understanding.

Curated content from both projects will be shared for public awareness.

S.A.R.Al(Survey And Research Analysis Department)

Cantrolls Field Intelligence Unit operates under the Parindey Group’s flagship C.A.T Program (Critical and Analytical Thinking), with oversight from the Advisory Board. This unit is dedicated to conducting on-site surveys and mental health research across India, collecting data and insights to inform nationwide awareness and intervention strategies.

Department of Counseling & Mental Wellbeing (D.O.C.M)

Cantrolls Counseling & Monitoring Unit operates under the independent regulation of the Parindey Group, overseeing both paid and volunteer counselors across two call centres. This unit tracks and manages the number of sessions conducted, coordinates medical staff and psychiatrists, and supervises the rotation of observers and support personnel—ensuring quality service delivery and accountability at every level.
